Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather, or high order volume.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Biss Cosmetics is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered, Biss Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at help@bisscosmetics.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will review your request and provide a resolution.
