At Biss, every product is created with care and intention.
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at help@bisscosmetics.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for items that have been used, opened, or purchased incorrectly.
